Do I need to reconfirm my tour?
Yes, failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking. You must call us on 1300 653 510 before 16.00hours the day prior to travel with the name of your accommodation and booking number
What shall I bring?
Wide brim hat, sunscreen 30+, sleeping bag, sturdy walking shoes, insect repellent, waterproof jacket, sunglasses, water bottle, swimwear, towel, camera, torch, small backpack (to carry on walks) & the rest of it!
Sleeping bag hire $15. Sleeping bags are required for camping safaris. If you’re returning to where you depart from, please leave your big bags behind and just bring what you need
How fit do I need to be?
Our tours are active so a reasonable level of fitness is needed. If you enjoy walking through scenery, swimming in waterfalls and directly experiencing the environment then our tours are perfect for you. If you have any doubts about your suitability for our tours, please check with our Reservations crew before making a booking. We reserve the right to assess your ability to participate at check-in.
Their are two fitness classifications you should be aware of:
- Basic fitness required. May include hikes up to 5km per day.
- Moderate fitness required. May include hikes up to 6-8km per day.
Where do I sleep?
Depending on the tour, your accommodation will vary. Each tour/package itinerary page will note the type of accommodation used on tour.in the "Other Information" section.

What will I eat on tour?
The emphasis is on food being wholesome, tasty, fresh and plenty. We'll ask travellers to assist in preparation of meals and cleaning. We can cater for vegetarians, halal, gluten-free and allergic reactions - let us know when booking.

How much luggage can I bring?
The vehicle has limited space so please keep your luggage to a maximum of 15kgs in a backpack or soft overnight bag with a small day pack for easy access to camera, swim gear, sunblock etc
Where do I meet my tour?
Please ask your agent at time of booking. If booking directly you will be asked where you will be staying and where you can be picked up from. Some tours only have one specific pick-up point. Accommodation pick-up times will be earlier than published tour departure times.
I'm travelling on a package - do all the tours meet up to allow me to travel through continuously?
No, You will need to check the start days of each individual tour - multiple tours don't necessarily allow you to travel through one day after another. You can stay longer at the start and finish point of each tour.
